This is a hands-on role for someone senior enough to jump straight in and add value from day one. Setup: Fully remote, start as soon as possible. Duration and weekly hours are flexible and scale with workload. #### YOUR MISSION - Design, build and maintain gameplay systems with long term feature reusability in mind, aimed at maximising player engagement, effective monetisation and retention - Continuously refine features and events by combining player feedback, data analysis and AI insights - Build expected progression models in Excel or Google Sheets to predict how players move through the game - Use AI tools heavily in your daily work to boost your own output and keep the player experience cutting edge - Document and present your work through user stories, flowcharts and wireframes so every team and stakeholder stays aligned - Transfer and adapt proven mechanics from other genres #### YOUR PROFILE - Deep expertise in F2P mobile games, experiences with Merge-2 games is a big plus - Strong grasp of LiveOps dynamics, including monetisation strategies, in game economies and community feedback - A real ownership mindset and the drive to get things done, getting your hands dirty in Google Sheets, ChatGPT and other AI tools - Resilient, detail oriented and a team player who keeps looking for ways to lift performance - Excellent written and spoken English
