This is a founding US commercial hire: help build the US business and sales pipeline from the ground up, with a path into enterprise deal-making or leadership within 8–12 months. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own the US sales funnel through strategic account identification and multi-channel outbound. Run targeted experiments to penetrate new geographies and segments. Support live deals with RFPs, proposals, and pipeline management alongside the CCO. Organize C-suite events (dinners, roundtables) to build senior-buyer relationships. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE First 90 days: build early US pipeline through outbound and events. First year: progress toward enterprise deal-making or team leadership. MUST-HAVES 1–4 years in banking, consulting, startups, or VC; strong commercial acumen and first-principles problem-solving; comfort with ambiguity, speed, and manual work; charismatic communicator able to build C-level rapport. NICE-TO-HAVES Procurement, fintech, or B2B SaaS exposure; experience as an early commercial hire. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $80K–$100K base (USD), $120K–$140K OTE, ~$40K equity.
