Founding Engineer Intern

scaile is building the infrastructure that makes brands visible in AI search. As ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews replace traditional search, we help companies get discovered and recommended by AI systems. We combine a proprietary Content Engine with AI agents to create, optimize, and deploy content at scale. Supported by Google Cloud for Startups and NCA VC, we're already live with clients like Beurer and Lyceum Technologies. We're hiring a Software Engineer Intern to build the AI agents and pipelines that power our Content Engine. You'll ship real features that go live in days, not months. This is a 10-week, paid internship working shoulder-to-shoulder with the founding team. Tasks Build and ship features across our GTM Engine and AI agents Design and optimize AI workflows and low-latency inference pipelines Prototype fast, test in production, and iterate on real user feedback Work across the stack with modern AI tooling (Claude Code, Cursor) Tasks will vary, but this gives you a good sense of the remit: broad, hands-on engineering Requirements You've shipped something real on your own: a product, an app, an open-source project, or a side project people actually used (that interests us more than your CV) Solid coding fundamentals and the ability to ship independently You're hands-on and adapt fast when priorities shift You've worked with Claude Code / Cursor (must-have) Modern web stack skills (TypeScript, React, Next.js) are a plus You communicate clearly and collaborate well Benefits Paid internship (starting 1.850 €/month) with a real path to a full-time role Work closely with experienced founders (ex-BCG and La Famiglia VC) High-ownership, fast-paced culture with real impact UrbanSports Club and paid team activities Access to modern AI infrastructure (unlimited OpenAI credits, Google Cloud resources, GPU power) Ready to move fast, build bold, and ship AI from day one?
