We're solving the hard part of AI-driven software creation: correctness, reliability, security, and scale in real production systems. The team is built by repeat founders, Olympiad medalists, IIT & IIM alumni, and leaders from Google, Amazon, and Dropbox. We're hiring builders who want ownership, speed, and impact at global scale. What You'll Do: Tackle open-ended, high-impact problems with structured thinking, solid research, and sharp execution Take ownership across strategy, growth, and operations to unlock big opportunities Work closely with product and business teams to bring a commercial lens to key decisions Turn messy signals from usage, feedback, and sales into clear, actionable recommendations Help define what success looks like and build processes to track it Surface what's working versus what's stuck, and keep momentum strong across initiatives Create and test hypotheses to unlock new growth opportunities Identify innovative growth tactics that align with market trends and customer behavior What We're Looking For: 3 to 4 years of experience, a mix of consulting and high-growth startup experience strongly preferred An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong grasp of how startups work and scale Proactive and able to own projects end-to-end without hand-holding Excellent communicator who can work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders A natural problem-solver who loves breaking down complex challenges into simple, actionable steps Good to Have: Experience selling to or working closely with SMBs Benefits and Perks: Daily Meals: Lunch and Dinner provided Family Insurance: 3 Lakhs worth of coverage for you and your family Unlimited Paid Time Off: Take the time you need to recharge and come back refreshed Flexible Working Hours: Work arrangements that fit your life and commitments Let's build the future of software together.
