You'll operate as an extension of their brand and ours, hiring world-class talent whilst building effective hiring foundations. YOU WILL - Find and engage exceptional talent. We headhunt the best — across electronics, embedded and firmware, RF, mechanical, systems, semiconductor and manufacturing engineering — and tap into our deep network. - Resolve hiring complexity. Work in nascent environments for ambitious founders with high expectations, often against scarce, specialised talent pools and demanding security, clearance or supply-chain constraints. - Embrace technology. Stand up systems to become faster and more precise. Generate hiring-health data to paint compelling insights into progress and performance. - Build talent foundations. Introduce 'just enough' process, systems and workflows to succeed at pace.
