No problem-we'll train you! - Basic understanding of food safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) - Knowledge of FEFO inventory practices, ingredient handling, and batch preparation - Physical stamina to lift and transport materials and the visual/mathematical literacy to do it right - Awareness of safety standards, including hazardous material handling and use of PPE - Bonus if you're certified in forklifts, pallet jacks, or drum haulers (but we can help with that too) At Litehouse, we don't just make great products-we build great teams.
