## Overview **Benefits** - 401(k) - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Vision insurance - Life insurance - Paid time off **Shift** - Monday - Friday ## Description **Job Summary:** Managing and coordinating daily shipping and logistics activities such as preparing documentation, scheduling shipments and tracking orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** - Operating sit down forklifts daily - Warehouse work - lifting, wrapping, palletizing - Packaging product and preparing it for shipment - Stays compliant with all OSHA related guidelines that are within the scope of our business and completes all required safety training - Load trailers with the correct product, in the correct quantities, in a timely manner - Load product in a manner that will cause it to reach the customer in good condition - Pull product off of production line and properly stock merchandise in the warehouse - Rotate stock accurately by code date - Accurately count and receive finished and packaging material - Mark receivers, showing number of cases received and other information - Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes and noise - Exposed to fall hazards - Must have good time management and organization skills - At least 6 mo of forklift experience in the last 18 mo - Ability to read, write, and perform simple arithmetic computations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers and addition and subtraction of decimal and fractional numbers - Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance. ## Requirements **Education and Experience:** - High School Diploma or GED required. - Maintain active Forklift License at all times. - Ability to effectively communicate with other employees. - Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions. - Ability to operate basic forklift. - Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement. **Physical Requirements:** - Must be able to pass a drug test. - Must be able climb on and off forklift in a safe and efficient manner. - Must be aware of your surroundings at all times - Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend and stoop as needed.
