Forklift Operator Day Shift

We are seeking a Forklift Operator who is responsible for safely and efficiently handling products using powered industrial equipment in a warehouse and cold storage environment. This position plays a critical role in inventory movement, order fulfillment, receiving, and shipping operations while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity. **What does your day look like? Some of your duties may include:** - Safely operate stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment - Load and unload over-the-road trucks and ocean containers - Receive, stock, move, and replenish palletized products within warehouse racking systems - Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency - Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages throughout the facility - Utilize RF scanning equipment to track inventory movements and complete transactions - Verify product counts, locations, and order accuracy - Follow all food safety, quality, and warehouse safety procedures - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment - Assist with inventory and warehouse operations as needed **Things you need to be able to do:** - Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment or willingness to become certified - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy - Ability to follow directions and work independently with minimal supervision - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Ability to meet productivity and quality expectations in a fast-paced environment - Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, carry up to 50 pounds, and push or pull up to 30 pounds of force - Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift - Ability to ascend and descend steps and safely navigate warehouse environments - Ability to work in multi-temperature environments ranging from -10°F to 65°F - Consistent, regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position.
