Our team is committed to safety, integrity, and operational excellence. ## Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support daily yard operations. This role involves operating forklifts, managing the kiosk, and ensuring materials are sorted and processed according to quality standards. ## Key Responsibilities - Operate forklifts and other yard equipment - Manually unload customer scrap metal - Perform equipment inspections to ensure safe operation - Load, unload, and sort materials - Inspect materials to meet quality standards - Understand and apply knowledge of material grades and acceptable loads - Perform basic equipment maintenance - Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE - Perform other duties as assigned ## Qualifications - Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment preferred - Strong attention to safety and detail - Ability to work in an outdoor, industrial environment - Knowledge of scrap metal materials and grades is a plus - Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities ## Why Join TRG? - Competitive pay - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Company-paid disability insurance - Health savings account (HSA) with company match - 401(k) with company match - Paid time off ## Apply Today!
