Communicate with supervisor om daily work assignments and advise when the activities are completed and there is need for additional assignments for the crew. · Coordinate with crew, other Foremen and Superintendents to complete required tasks as a team. · Complete the Crew Daily Reports as required. · Track crew hours, equipment hours, material and quantities on a daily basis. · Perform daily JHA’s and Toolbox Safety Talks with crew(s). · Hold crew accountable to work safely and assure PPE is utilized as required. · Communicate layout requirements as needed in advance of scheduled work. · Assist Superintendents and PM with 3 week lookahead schedules and work planning. · Understand the production requirements of the work. · Assure daily equipment inspections are completed and submitted to management team. · Pre-plan utility locates and assure project is accurately marked prior to starting work. · Coordinate with inspectors as needed. · Coordinate with the Project Engineers to do a QC inspection of the work as it is being performed to avoid rework. · Execute pre-pour checklists in advance of major pours. Inspect formwork, clearance, rebar, mix designs and other plan and specification requirements. · Coordinate with Engineers on Plans and Specifications for the work being performed. **Requirements:**
