Food Service Worker

Key Responsibilities - **Food Preparation:** Follow standardized recipes to prep, cook, and portion meals, ensuring food maintains proper temperature and high quality. - **Serving & Customer Service:** Set up serving lines, replenish food, and serve meals to students and staff in a friendly, efficient manner. - **Sanitation & Safety:** Wash dishes, sanitize kitchen equipment, and clean dining/food prep areas to comply with health codes. - **Inventory:** Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing food deliveries while monitoring stock levels. Shifts are Monday - Friday with weekends and Holidays off. Qualifications & Requirements - **Education:** A High School Diploma or GED is typically required. - **Certifications:** A valid Food Handler's certification (or the ability to obtain one) is mandatory. - **Physical Demands:** Workers must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, perform repetitive bending or lifting, and comfortably lift up to 40 - 50 lbs.
