Apply now and select where you will make a difference! **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** - Organize and operate efficient breakfast and lunch services Monday-Friday - Maintain all documentation for claims submitted to the Arizona Department of Education - Maintain accurate, complete, and factual records on each student for direct certification list from ADE - Greet students, parents, teachers, and visitors to create a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment. - Create and maintain working relationships with parents/guardians. - Respond to emails and any record request needed in a timely fashion. - Enforce and exemplify school policies and procedures. - Translate (Spanish) for our population of non-English speakers as needed. **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (positions in this class typically require):** - **High school diploma and some college preferred** - **IVP Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card required** - **Excellent computer skills, including the use of Google (all applications), Excel, and Email** - **Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting** - **Professional dress and good communication skills.** - **Great customer service skills, including outstanding phone etiquette** - **Sustained standing and walking in support of the front office and school** - **Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred, but not required** - **Food Handers Card required** **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:** Positions in this class typically require: stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions. Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
