New Employee Food Service Stipend New regularly appointed employees will receive a $500 stipend after 90 calendar days of employment and have maintained a 90% attendance rate for that period. Food Service Employee Retention Bonus Program Employees will receive two annual bonuses based on their years of service in the Food and Nutrition Department and maintaining a 90% attendance rate. Stipends will be issued in December 2025 (Paid in Jan 2026) and May 2026 (Paid in May or June 2026). Food Service Mid Semester Stipend (Fall Break) The Food and Nutrition Department will provide a mid-semester stipend to all regularly appointed employees who return to work after fall break on Monday, October 21st in a paid status and have maintained a 90% attendance rate. POSITION DETAILS:This position works 40 Weeks per year, 5 days per week at 7 hours per day (6:30am-1:30pm) and follows the EVSC School Board of Trustees approved school calendar. SALARY:YearHourly Rate 0$14.07 1$14.61 2$15.15 3$15.69 4$16.23 5$16.77 6$17.31 7$17.85 8$18.12 9$18.39 10$18.66 Annual, incremental pay increases are given for each year of at least 120 days of service with the EVSC in this role.
