If you love a fast-paced environment and want to make a real difference in your community, you belong here. **How You Will Fulfill Your Potential (Responsibilities)** - **Patient Connection**: Take menu selections directly at the bedside and deliver meals with a smile - **Tray Assembly**: Build accurate patient food trays using our computerized ticket system - **Cafeteria Service**: Set up food stations, serve customers using proper food handling, and cashier transactions - **Inventory Management:** Keep stock levels perfectly filled by organizing and rotating products in daily refrigerator and unit floor spaces - **Special Events**: Help set up, decorate, and cater special hospital themes and holiday events **What You Bring to the Team (Qualifications/Experience)** - **Education:** High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred (but not required) - **Experience:** Customer service or food service experience is a plus, but not required - **Language & Math**: Must be able to read, write, and understand English, alongside basic computation skills for cashiering - **People Skills:** A warm personality capable of connecting with patients, guests, and coworkers - **Eager to Learn**: Ability to grasp general nutrition principles and special patient diet modifications within 7–10 days
