We are seeking a motivated, service-minded **Part-Time Food Service Assistant Cook** to join our Food Service Team. In this role, you will play an essential part in our daily operations—preparing nutritious meals for our school students and supporting various church-wide functions. If you have a heart for service, a love for culinary work, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we would love to meet you! **What You Will Do (Primary Responsibilities)** - **School Meal Prep & Support:** Help prepare daily school lunches and snacks; accurately track food allergies and student counts, while maintaining a positive working relationship with other team members. - **Kitchen Excellence:** Handle daily opening routines, manage inventory, and maintain high safety and sanitation standards. - **Event Support:** Assist with food prep, presentation, serving, and cleanup for church and school events. **What We Are Looking For (Qualifications & Requirements)** - **Experience:** Prior kitchen or food service experience preferred. - **Physical:** Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift/carry kitchen supplies. - **Spiritual Alignment:** Demonstrates a daily pursuit of Christ, a commitment to personal spiritual growth, and a heart for service. **To Apply:** Please apply, providing a summary of your experience, and explain why you are interested in this position
