Food Runner

At Roost, hospitality is at the heart of everything we do**.** As a Food Runner, you'll help create memorable dining experiences by delivering every meal quickly, accurately, and with genuine care. Working closely with the Expo, you'll ensure every order is complete, accurate, and ready for service before delivering it promptly to our guests. We're looking for dependable, energetic Team Members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about serving others. ### Responsibilities - Work closely with the Expo to ensure orders are accurate, complete, and ready for service. - Deliver food to guests quickly, accurately, and with a friendly attitude. - Announce menu items as they are delivered and ensure guests have everything they need. - Perform table touches to check on guest satisfaction and respond to guest needs. - Pre-bus tables and maintain a clean, organized dining room. - Assist with stocking service stations and front-of-house supplies. - Communicate effectively with the Expo, kitchen, and front-of-house Team Members to maintain efficient service. - Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards. - Support teammates wherever needed to ensure an exceptional guest experience. - Restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. - Passion for providing outstanding guest service. - Positive attitude and strong work ethic. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. - Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. - Competitive pay - Paid training - Opportunities for growth and advancement - Team Member meal discounts - A positive, team-oriented work environment
