Exceed Expectations.** The main duty of a **Coordinator,** **Food** **Pantry,** is responsible for the day-to-day operations of food services, working to address food access and health for people living with HIV. **OUR EXPECTATIONS:** **Winning skills and behaviors for success.** **Essential Job Duties** - Train and oversee volunteers to ensure and maintain the smooth, effective, and efficient functioning of the Food Pantry. - Assist with daily food distribution, including acquisition, storage, and delivery. - Manage inventory and work in conjunction with the Director on the program budget to strive for cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality and nutritional value. - Implement special projects and fulfill assigned duties by the Director. - Enforce policies and procedures for cohesive and multidisciplinary client treatment in department operations. - Provide food safety education, recommend good nutritional practices, and connect clients to needed services. - This job description is not all-inclusive and outlines the main responsibilities and requirements of the role.
