We are seeking a **Food Co-Packing Contract Manager** (hybrid role contract management, account management, business development) who brings experience supporting customers in a food manufacturing, private label, contract manufacturing, or co-packing environment and understands how to align manufacturing capabilities, operational realities, and customer objectives to drive mutual success. This role serves as the primary commercial and operational liaison for ALULA’s co-packing and contract manufacturing customers while managing contractual relationships, customer growth initiatives, and successful execution of customer programs from onboarding through fulfillment. The ideal candidate will serve as both a trusted customer representative and a strategic business partner, bridging operational knowledge, contract management, customer service, and business development activities. * * * **Position Overview** The Food Co-Packing Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing customer relationships, co-packing agreements, production coordination, and account growth initiatives for ALULA's food manufacturing business. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and is accountable for ensuring successful execution of contractual obligations, production schedules, quality expectations, new product launches, and ongoing customer satisfaction. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of food manufacturing operations, contract manufacturing agreements, customer requirements, regulatory compliance, pricing considerations, and production capabilities. * * * **What You'll Do** **Co-Packing Contract & Customer Management** - Serve as the primary point of contact for co-packing and contract manufacturing customers. - Negotiate, coordinate, and manage co-packing agreements, statements of work, product exhibits, confidentiality agreements, and customer contracts. - Ensure customer contracts accurately reflect pricing, production requirements, quality specifications, lead times, service expectations, and operational capabilities. - Manage contract renewals, amendments, and customer-specific requirements. - Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with customer commitments and operational obligations. - Facilitate customer onboarding, qualification, and implementation activities. - Lead regular business reviews with customers to assess performance, opportunities, risks, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Client Relationship & Account Management** - Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through regular communication and structured account reviews. - Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business, product portfolio, growth strategy, and operational needs. - Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers within ALULA. - Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships through new SKUs, production lines, packaging formats, or additional services. - Support revenue growth through account expansion and customer retention strategies. - Partner with executive leadership to pursue new co-packing, private label, and contract manufacturing opportunities. **New Product Launch & Commercialization** - Coordinate customer onboarding, product transfers, and new SKU launches. - Lead internal cross-functional meetings to support product development and commercialization efforts. - Coordinate customer specifications, ingredients, packaging requirements, artwork approvals, and production readiness activities. - Ensure all customer requirements are accurately communicated and implemented throughout the organization. - Support customer product trials, validation runs, and first production orders. **Order & Production Coordination** - Review customer purchase orders to ensure alignment with production capacity,…
