However, other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by management. All duties must be performed in accordance with Tribal, Federal, and other applicable requirements, organizational specific policies, procedures and practices. - Responsible for taking orders, controlling the sales process through suggestive selling, and receiving payment from guests in a prompt and courteous manner. - Responsible for answering telephones and making reservations, if required. - Advises guests of waiting time and recommend beverage outlets. - Delivers completed food and beverage orders to guests as needed by outlet operations - Responsible for seating guests according to established rotation procedures, distributes menus and explains the food items. - Responsible for adhering to established cash control policies and procedures of the company. - Answers any guest questions, and engages all guests in appropriate conversation upon delivery of finished product. - Responsible for clearing all tables and resetting them for new seating in accordance with venue standards. - Handles any guest complaints and resolves them quickly and courteously, directs any guest concerns to appropriate management. - Maintains a clean, stocked, and energetic outlet atmosphere. - Assists in maintaining standards of health, safety and sanitation. - Participates as a Team Member with Cooks, Supervisors and any pertinent Team Members in producing an efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of guest service. - Maintains the highest level of confidentiality. - Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record as outlined in the FireKeepers Casino Hotel Attendance Policy. - Outstanding example of and a credit to FireKeepers Casino Hotel. **MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** An applicant’s education, training and experience must be sufficient to demonstrate that the applicant possesses the ability to successfully perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.
