Food and Beverage Support

The Sonnenalp Hotel is a premier, family-owned luxury hotel known for personalized service and alpine charm, and we are seeking a Full-Time Seasonal F&B Support team member who brings energy, teamwork, and attention to detail to every shift. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in supporting seamless dining experiences while upholding the high standards of the Sonnenalp Food & Beverage Team. Wage: $12.14 /hour, plus tips Essential Duties and Responsibilities Set restaurant for business: responsible for all assigned opening, closing and weekly side work duties Clear and reset dining room tables Assist Servers run food Assist Host/Hostess with greeting and seating guests Assist Servers and Bartenders with food and beverage service to guests, keeping water/drinks full and pre-setting tables Stock service stations with all necessary items needed for the night Polish glassware, silverware, and flatware Adhere to LHW standards at all times Participate in related F&B training/seminar program such as MDP classes and wine training Act as a responsible, personable representative of the Sonnenalp team.
