Floor Technician, Mon to Fri, 9:30 pm to 6:00 am, Brightpoint Community College Chester

## Description **Position Summary** Provides floor care and janitorial services on a daily basis as required at the designated work sites. **Essential Duties** *(Other duties within the scope of this position may be assigned.)* 1. Performs daily dust mopping, cleaning (including wet mop and auto scrub) and buffing of floors. 2. Performs periodic stripping and waxing of floors and periodic restoration of restroom floors. 3. Performs periodic carpet cleaning by extractor or bonnet shampooing. 4. Cleans floor equipment after each use and perform routine maintenance as needed. Notifies supervisor of any equipment needing repair. 5.
