Floor Technician

The Floor Technician position provides the shampoo carpets, waxing, stripping, polishing and buffing floors. The Floor Tech position provides the cleaning and maintaining carpets and hard surface floors clean. Essential Functions: \* Floor person is responsible for cleaning and maintaining carpet and hard surface floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning. \* Responsible for using safety measures in work areas. \* Duties also include assisting the Building/Account Lead with special projects including but not limited to, setups, breakdowns, move in/ move outs). \* Floor Tech must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned. Pay rate is $17.50 to $18.50 per hour depending on shift and position. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
