Floor Care Technician - Full Time Second Shift

Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is preferred. **Responsibilities:** - Operate automated floor cleaning machines - Maintains floor surfaces and stairwells - Sweeps, mops, buffs, polishes, scrubs, strips and refinishes hard-surface floor - Vacuums, spot cleans and extracts carpeted floor surfaces - Perform deep cleaning of no-wax floors - May wash walls and maintain baseboards and cove base molding - May assist other department employees with cleaning tasks - Maintain cleanliness and safety of assigned areas - May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned **Schedule:** - PM shift 3:00-11:00 **Requirements:** - Willingness to learn and follow training - Ability to operate cleaning equipment (training provided) - Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team - Must be able to commute daily to Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough NH. Starting Rate is $19.00 per hour.(day shift) Second Shift Hourly Rate differential = **$21.75 per hour** This is a Full Time, Benefits Eligible position. You will be scheduled 5 days a week for a total of 37.5 hours. Typical 2^nd^ Shift hours are form 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM. There will periodically be opportunities for overtime.
