This role will float between properties as needed to ensure consistent leasing performance, resident experience, and compliance. A minimum of one (1) year of RealPage experience is required. This position is ideal for a motivated leasing professional who is adaptable, travel-ready, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. **Key Roles / Responsibilities**: - Provide onsite leasing and leadership support at Texas properties during staffing gaps, PTO coverage, lease-ups, or special projects - Travel between assigned communities within Texas as needed - Drive occupancy, leasing velocity, and renewal performance. - Conduct prospect tours, leasing follow-ups, applications, and lease executions - Train and support onsite leasing teams on sales techniques and RealPage usage - Ensure accurate availability, pricing, and lease documentation in RealPage - Maintain compliance with Texas Fair Housing laws and company leasing standards - Support marketing initiatives, lead follow-up, and outreach efforts - Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all properties **Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:** - 2-4 years of multifamily leasing experience - Minimum 1 year of hands-on RealPage experience (required) - Prior lead leasing or supervisory experience preferred - Experience supporting multiple properties or floating roles strongly preferred - Strong sales, closing, and customer service skills - Ability to travel between properties across Texas - Reliable transportation required - Flexible schedule, including weekends as needed **Working Conditions**: - Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. - Positions self to install equipment, including under desks. - Moves throughout the building to access files. - Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions. - Must be able to complete tasks even with frequent interruptions. - Must be able to use discretion and independent judgment as needed. - Must be able to speak clearly on the phone and to fellow workers. #LI-HU1 #LI-ONSITE #FIVESTONEMANAGEMENT *This job description should not be interpreted as an exhaustive list of responsibilities or as an employment agreement between the employer and the employee.
