You will provide support to the following locations: ***Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, NY*** **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform diagnostic venous duplex ultrasound scans, rule out DVT scans, and post procedure scans. - Prepare exam room and ultrasound equipment to conduct sonography exams in accordance with patient safety protocols, policies, and procedures. - Medical intakes. - Enter medical notes in our EMR system. - Use sterile technique for procedure set up and prep patients for procedures. - Assist during procedures. - Maintain patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA. - Properly care for Ultrasound equipment and notifies the office if there are any issues. - Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with co-workers and members of the health care team. **Requirements** - Associates degree in Medical Sonography. - Minimum of one year of experience as a Medical Sonography. - EMR systems. - Lower extremity/ vascular preferred. - Certification: Certified Medical Sonographer. - RVT or RVS preferred. **Benefits** - Competitive compensation - Sick leave - Paid holidays - Paid lunch break - Bonuses
