Float RNs have a regular schedule, but may be assigned to any of our eight high medical locations throughout the week. - **Day** (6:30am-2:30pm) and **Evening** (2pm-10pm) schedules consist of 4 weekdays + every other Saturday & Sunday. - **Overnight** (9:30pm-7:00am) schedules consist of 3 weekdays + every other Saturday & Sunday. **What You’ll Do** As a Float LPN, you will: - Deliver high-quality nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and assessments - Support individuals in achieving their personal goals, from daily living skills to community outings - Promote choice, dignity, and inclusion in all aspects of care - Educate and mentor Direct Support Professionals and Nurses - Monitor health status, respond to emergencies, and coordinate care with families, providers, and the team - Document thoroughly in electronic health records (Therap) ## Requirements - Active RN license in Minnesota - Current CPR and First Aid Certification - Valid MN driver’s license with acceptable record - Ability to lift/transfer 60 lbs. occasionally - DHS background clearance
