We operate four health centers and offer telehealth statewide as part of a network of 600 Planned Parenthood affiliates nationwide. Position Summary The Patient Care Assistant (PCA) plays a vital role in delivering high‑quality, patient‑facing services throughout each patient visit. PCAs work both at the front desk/lobby and within the health center, ensuring compassionate, professional, and efficient care at every touchpoint. PCAs serve as a welcoming first point of contact for patients and provide essential clinical and administrative support under the supervision and delegation of licensed clinical staff. This role requires attention to detail, strong judgment, effective communication, and a commitment to patient confidentiality and dignity. This position is primarily based in our Worcester Health Center and requires regular travel to our Marlborough Health Center.
