Flexographic Press Assistant

**About this job…** Nosco is looking for a Flexographic Press Assistant on our 3rd shift at our Pleasant Prairie, WI Facility. As an employee owner in this position, you will expedite production activities and ensure an organized workflow takes place. **In this role, you will…** - Review the schedule, coordinate and organize production areas with the required components for the jobs. - Assist in setup activities such as plate mounting, installing pans, rollers, anilox, etc. - Assist the press operators when needed. - Prepare and clean items for the next job such as removal of plate cylinders, metering rollers, etc. - Identify defects and segregate appropriately. - Understand safety and PPE. - Understand Nosco’s quality system and expectations. **Success factors…** - 1-3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical printing industry is preferred. - Able to use a PC and machine interface to gather and enter job related data in a CGMP environment. - Participates in good communication with shift personnel.
