Build a schedule that works for your life: - Shift Lengths: 4-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, or full 12-hour shifts - Days: Weekdays and/or Weekends (all shifts available) - Work Style: Part-time with potential for full-time hours if desired **Benefits (Why Caregivers want to work for us):** - $15.50–$17.50/hour (based on experience and shift) - $5 shift gas Supplement for every shift you go to! - $0.50 per hour Attendance Incentive - National Rate Mileage Reimbursement when providing transportation for the client - Paid virtual or in-person training - Yearly Pay Increase - Part-time with a potential for more hours, only if wanted - Dental/Vision/Life Ins/ ST Disability/Accidental Critical Illness insurance - Holidays paid at Time and a Half - Emergency Support Staff available 24/7 **Main Responsibilities of the Caregivers:** - Running errands - Light housekeeping - Transporting clients - Personal care - Meal Prep **Requirements of the Caregiver:** - At least 6 months of hands-on personal care experience - At least 6 months of bathing and toileting experience - Family caregiving experience accepted - Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance - Willing to undergo a criminal background check Our company follows a HIGHER standard.
