Flex Operations Supervisor

J**ob Title:** Flex Operations Supervisor - ***must be able to travel locally between accounts.*** **Salary:** **$55k** (weekly pay, pay advance before pay day, free uniforms, great benefits!) **Requirements:** - **Valid PA or NJ Driver's License** - **Ability to travel to account sites in Philadelphia, Bala Cynwyd & Camden.** - **Must be able to work flex shifts on 1st and 2nd as needed.** - 3+ years experience managing a team of up to 15 people - Experience in groundskeeping/landscaping/cleaning and using small power tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office **Specific daily responsibilities of the Flex Operations Supervisor may include:** - Coordinate recruitment and selection of candidates. Onboarding and training of all new Ambassadors. Create a culture that would make everyone want to join your team! - Continual adjustments to the deployment of resources to match changing needs. This includes resources of the "human kind." Basically, redeploy according to daily needs. - Continual problem identification and solving to improve the quality of the program. **Problem-solving is a very big part of what we do.** (We need an innovator to lead our team.) - Purchasing and inventory of supplies and equipment. - Reporting outcomes through a variety of reporting channels (This means spreadsheets, Kronos, Timekeeping, Budgets...you get the idea.) - Hands-on working manager in the field to provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous training on standard policies and procedures. ***Block by Block*** is an equal-opportunity employer.
