Join our growing team and be part of a company that values hard work, dedication, and reliability. **Pay Rate:** $14.00 per hour **Job Types:** Full-time, Part-time, Temporary * * * **Minimum Requirements** - **Education:** Minimum eighth-grade level - **Physical Requirements:** Must be able to lift and handle 50 pounds - **Availability:** Must be able to work 10-hour days and all holidays - **Footwear:** Must wear **6-inch steel toe boots** (Required — no exceptions) **Primary Duties** - Collect garbage, recyclables, and yard debris from residential and commercial locations - Perform curbside pickups using hand tools such as pitchforks and shovels - Ride along to disposal or recycling sites and assist with unloading - Assist the driver with fueling and checking fluid levels - Clean truck interior and exterior at the end of each shift - Perform other duties as assigned * * * **Skills and Abilities** - Comfortable working with waste and debris - Capable of using basic hand tools - Physically able to lift, carry, and move heavy objects throughout the shift - Dependable and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions * * * **Equal Employment Opportunity Statement** **A & Associates, Inc.** is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
