Designed to be effective and efficient, our workout classes boost metabolism, burn fat and calories, build strength and confidence, and improve overall fitness. **Orangetheory Fitness Vision** - To be the trusted global leader of innovative heart rate-based interval training. **Orangetheory Fitness Values** - Passion - Integrity - Accountability - Innovation - Community **Essential Duties & Responsibilities:** - Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge - Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros” - Giving studio tours - Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout - Selling memberships to help the studio thrive - Following up on prospective clients - Participating in marketing and outreach events - Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized - Self manage productivity and efficiency throughout shift - Conduct minimum 40 outreach efforts to prospects per shift - Secure, close and retrain 7 New Members per Month **Requirements:** - Sales Associates must have at minimum a basic knowledge of a computer. Our primary operating systems are MBO (MindBody), Microsoft 365. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of all Microsoft applications is preferred. - Maintain an active CPR/AED certification throughout employment term **Weekly Shift Schedule:** 1. Full Time: Starting 35-40 hours per week (minimum 5 shifts per week - minimum 35 hours per week, with opportunity for up to 6 shifts per week - maximum 40 hours per week). 2. Part Time: Starting 30-35 hours per week (minimum 4 shifts per week - minimum 30 hours per week) **Shift Options:** - Opening Shift: M-F 5:00am - 2:00pm - Midday Shift: M-F 7:00am - 3:00pm - Evening Shift: M-F 11:00pm - 8:00pm - Weekend Shift: Sat/Sun 7:00am - 1:00pm **Compensation:** - Pending experience starting hourly: $17-$19…
