It's a front-row seat to how a high-performing fitness studio operates - and your first step toward becoming a Coach or Studio Manager. You'll learn sales, community building, studio operations, and member experience from the ground up, with a team that invests in your growth from day one. **A Day in the Life** Your shift starts before the studio does. You're in early, lights on, lobby clean, and everything set before the first member walks through the door. The pre-class energy at Arvada is real. Regulars rolling in with their coffee, coaches getting mic'd up, and that familiar buzz before a packed morning class. You're the one who makes it all feel effortless. While the floor is moving, you're working. Morning leads from the night before are waiting on your follow-up. You're dialing, texting, and getting intros on the books. When a prospect walks in, that's your moment. You take them on a tour, connect them to the OTF story, and guide them toward a membership that fits their life. You're not just selling, you're helping someone make a decision they'll thank themselves for. As the morning rush settles, you're keeping the studio sharp. Restocking, tidying, and supporting the coaching staff between classes. Midday brings a different rhythm: focused follow-up time, outreach, and making sure every lead in the pipeline gets touched before the afternoon shift picks up. Before you head out, you're logging your activity, reviewing your numbers, and making sure the studio is set up and ready to go.
