We are looking for coaches who can make our members feel welcome, and that they’re an integral part of the hour you spend together. Coaches whose positive energy stays with a member long after they’ve left the studio, and they find themselves counting the hours till their next workout. As a Fitness Coach, you can expect to perform the following duties: - Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts - Helping members set and achieve goals - Making sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t - Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general and being aware of what the competition is doing - Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout - Being a team player Additionally, you’ll need to meet these requirements: Coach Qualifications: - Are AED/CPR certified - Are a current Certified Personal Trainer ISSA, ACE, NASM, ACSM, AFAA, NCSF or - Individuals with an advanced degree (e.g., Bachelor of Science (BS), Master of Science (MS), Ph.D., DPT) - Kinesiology - Exercise Science - Health Science - Movement Science - Exercise Physiology - General Fitness - Athletic Training - Pre-Professional Health (e.g., Physical Therapy) - Fitness or Sports Condition Specialization (Strength and Conditioning, Physical Activity Promotion) - Pass the OTFit Certification Program - Are a TEAM PLAYER, punctual, and committed to growth/learning Job Type: Part-time or Full-time The Perks! - Free Gym Membership (family discounts too) - Health Benefits including Dental and Vision - Flexible hours, 2-4 classes at a shift - OTF education and Uniform provided - Fun staff events and team building Start maximizing your pay and let OTF do the rest - Apply today!
