Fit Model (Flexible, Part-Time Opportunity)

Help Shape the Future of Performance Apparel Do you have spare time alongside your studies, work, or other commitments and would like to contribute to the development of premium performance apparel? We're looking for flexible individuals with active lifestyles to join our apparel team as Fit Models. In this role, you'll play an important part in the development and refinement of our products by participating in garment fittings throughout the product creation process. As a Fit Model, you'll work closely with our Apparel teams, helping us ensure that our products meet the highest standards of fit, comfort, and performance. You will gain exclusive insights into upcoming products and innovations before they reach the market, becoming a trusted partner in an ongoing relationship that could extend over several seasons and years. Because On creates performance-driven running and training gear, we are looking for people who are active, fit, and comfortable testing garments during activities such as walking or running on a treadmill. What You'll Do Participate in apparel fitting sessions with our product teams Provide feedback on fit, comfort, and functionality Test garments during movement-based activities, including treadmill running Contribute to the development and refinement of future On products Support product teams throughout multiple stages of the design and development process What We're Looking For As our products are developed and tested in specific sample sizes, it's important that applicants closely match our measurement requirements and maintain measurements that remain consistent over time. You should: Be based in the Zurich region and able to attend fittings in person Be flexible regarding appointment scheduling and session duration Be available to attend fitting sessions on at least two weekdays per week, as needed Maintain a consistent figure that aligns with our fit model requirements Be comfortable participating in movement-based testing activities How to Apply Please submit your measurements according to the instructions provided in the application form.
