Greet customers as they shop in the retail store, assisting with customer service questions. 2. Price store merchandise and make price changes as requested by store management. 3. Stock and face merchandise on shelves as requested by store management. 4. Assist in receiving freight and organize incoming products as directed by store management. 5. Responsible for assisting in cycle counts. 6. Must keep store prepared for ATF and/or internal audits 7. Must have a good understanding of and assist training other staff on: 1. A&D log requirements and best practices 2. Filing of denied and no transfer 4473’s 3. Standardized filing of completed 4473’s 4. What is an AR and how a multiple sale is recorded 5. Multiple handgun sales and proper recording 6. How to properly make corrections on a 4473 by employees and customers 7. Acceptable forms of identification customers can use 8. When a sale should be refused 9. What constitutes a “Straw Sale” and how to complete
