**Summary** Responsible for servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing fire sprinkler systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with NFPA standards, local codes, and company quality and safety requirements. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Perform service, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems. - Inspect, test, and repair backflow prevention assemblies, including troubleshooting failures and completing necessary repairs. - Diagnose system issues and identify required repairs or corrective actions. - Conduct system testing, flushing, and functional checks. - Document service activities, deficiencies, and corrective actions accurately. - Communicate system status and service needs with customers and internal teams. - Coordinate with inspectors, project managers, and other technicians as needed. - Maintain service vehicles, tools, and inventory. - Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies. - Support emergency and on-call service requests as required. **Education and/or Experience** High school and 3+ years of fire sprinkler service or installation experience; strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and NFPA standards; ability to read and interpret system drawings and specifications; mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills; NICET certification preferred (or ability to obtain). **Computer Skills** Basic computer skills, email. **Physical Demands** Frequent standing, walking, crouching/bending, climbing ladders, and working at heights; ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; exposure to varying weather conditions, mechanical systems, and active facilities; overtime and on-call rotation may be required
