Finishing Saw Operator Entry Level (night shift)

**Department:** Finishing (Cutting) **Job Title:** Finishing Entry Level Saw Operator **Reports To:** Team Leader, following the direction of the Anodizing Manager **SHIFT/HOURS:** 10-hour work schedule. Monday- Friday 7 PM- until 5 AM **Starting Pay:** $22.08/hour, with the ability to earn more We are currently seeking an Entry Level Saw Operator to join our Finishing team. As a Finishing Saw Operator, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision cutting and finishing of various materials. This position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **What You Will Be Responsible For:** - Operate saw machinery to cut materials according to specifications. - Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure accurate and efficient cutting. - Inspect finished cuts for quality assurance and make any necessary adjustments. - Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete tasks within designated timelines. - Perform routine maintenance on saw machinery to ensure optimal performance. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, always following safety protocols. - Complete production reports and maintain accurate records of materials used and projects completed. **What You Will Need:** - High School diploma or GED (preferred). - Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. - Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment and ability to lift heavy objects. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. - Must pass company background check and drug screen.
