Finish Supervisor

**Job Summary:** The Trim Supervisor will oversee the finish/trim shop operations within the manufacturing facility, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. This role involves managing a team, coordinating projects, and collaborating with other departments to meet production goals. **Key Responsibilities:** **Supervision:** Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. **Quality Control:** Ensure all processes meet industry standards and specifications.
