The ideal candidate must speak English, have strong attention to detail, and possess basic to moderate carpentry skills. **Responsibilities** - Finish and repair drywall (taping, mudding, sanding, and patching) - Paint interior and exterior surfaces (walls, ceilings, trim, doors, etc.) - Install and repair trim, baseboards, crown molding, and casing - Perform light carpentry work and minor repairs - Prepare work areas and protect surrounding surfaces - Maintain tools and equipment in good condition - Follow safety guidelines and company standards - Communicate clearly with supervisors and customers **Requirements** - Ability to speak and understand English - Experience with drywall finishing, painting, and trim work - Basic carpentry skills (measuring, cutting, installing materials) - Ability to use hand and power tools safely - Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship - Reliable transportation and punctuality - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders when needed **Preferred Qualifications** - Previous experience in residential or commercial construction/restoration - Knowledge of remodeling and repair work - Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Compensation & Benefits** - Competitive pay based on experience - Opportunities for advancement - Steady work and supportive team environment Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Since 1966, Paul Davis has been an industry leader in the areas of property damage mitigation, reconstruction and remodeling.
