Financial Planner

Following Titan Wealth's acquisition of Innes Reid, we are seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join the Chester office and play a key role in the next chapter of the firm's growth. Established for over 26 years, Innes Reid has built an outstanding reputation within the financial planning market through entirely organic growth. The business employs around 30 people, including 10 Financial Planners, and generates between 40 and 60 client enquiries every month through its strong reputation and referral network. The firm takes a selective approach to client onboarding, focusing on building long-term relationships with individuals and families who value high-quality financial advice. Their client base primarily consists of professionals, business owners, self-employed individuals and retirees seeking trusted, holistic financial planning support. The Opportunity This position has arisen due to the planned retirement of a long-serving Director who has been with the business for more than 20 years. As a result, the successful Financial Planner will inherit a mature and established client portfolio, providing an exceptional platform from which to build a long-term and successful career. The portfolio consists of approximately: 200–230 households Over £450,000 in recurring annual revenue Significant assets under management A loyal and established client base Continued access to quality leads generated by the business Alongside inheriting existing relationships, you will also benefit from ongoing lead generation and referral opportunities, creating scope for further growth over time.
