We help our clients build teams that think, decide, and own outcomes.** **What you would actually do** - **Hold a portfolio of SMB clients (companies with $3M–$50M in revenue) as their outsourced financial leader. Own the models, forecasts, dashboards, and KPIs that leadership actually uses — not the ones that live in a forgotten folder. Help owners and management teams every month translate numbers into decisions.** - **Push them on pricing they have been afraid to raise, labor efficiency they have been afraid to measure, and margin they did not know was leaking.** - **Help us get sharper, too.
