Financial Analyst, Technical Infrastructure

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP and A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree. Experience with executing full-cycle FP and A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting. Preferred qualifications: Experience with managing FP and A for data center function. Excellent work ethic and integrity. Experience with partnership and collaboration across stakeholders. Experience with SQL, with excellent financial modeling skills. Ability to work with ambiguity in an unstructured environment. Excellent leadership and teamwork skills. Responsibilities Collaborate with business partners to optimize planning, forecasting, and management of the data center operating teams. Use investigative and modeling skills to help drive investment decisions, reduce risks, make resource trade-offs while keeping agility for the business. Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Business/Product teams to ensure a holistic approach for decision making, regulatory compliance, accurate analytics and reporting, and data collection. Work with management across Finance and the business to drive key financial metrics and improve financial insight and practices. Partner with business leaders to ensure optimal management, Return On Investment (ROI) metrics, and resource allocation.
