This position reports to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis. The position is hybrid with some on-site days in our Canton, MA office. **How You Will Achieve It:** - Coordinate all aspects of annual planning and forecast processes within assigned functional area (e.g. MFG, R&D, SG&A), including consolidation and review of financials, establishing timelines, preparing presentations for management and oversight of submissions and commentary to Corporate Finance. - Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and return on investment modeling to support strategic decision making with our business partners. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into their impact on the company's financial performance. - Identify opportunities for improvement and growth by partnering closely with business leaders. - Serve as central source of key trends, risks and opportunities. - Lead and/or support various finance-related integration projects and process improvement initiatives. - Work closely with finance leadership to drive prioritization and implementation of new planning models and changes to management reporting.
