Financial Analyst, FP&A

This role will partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, performance reporting, and recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making. ***Duties/ Responsibilities:*** - Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans. - Perform variance analysis of actual results versus budget, forecast, and prior-year performance. - Analyze financial statements, business performance, and key operating metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth and profitability improvement. - Support monthly management reporting and executive performance reviews. - Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting support to departments across the organization. ***Required Skills/ Abilities*** - 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related field. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience using financial models and large datasets. - Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in work - Comfortable working in a consistently evolving environment. Must be flexible, adaptable, and demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills ***Preferred Skills/Abilities:*** - Working knowledge of SQL and data extraction techniques preferred. - Distribution, Manufacturing, or retail Industry experience is preferred - Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement reporting preferred. ***Education and Experience Requirements:*** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business discipline required. - Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling tools is a plus.
