This is an opportunity to shape the future of finance operations within a fast-growing, technology-driven environment. ### Accountabilities: The Finance Transformation Manager will own the digital transformation roadmap for finance operations, identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase automation, and enhance reporting capabilities. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong collaboration across multiple teams. - Conduct a comprehensive review of existing finance processes to identify inefficiencies, manual activities, risks, and opportunities for automation. - Develop and execute a 12-month finance transformation roadmap focused on improving operational efficiency and scalability. - Design and implement AI-powered automation solutions using modern AI tools to streamline finance activities such as reconciliation, reporting, payroll processes, and other workflows. - Evaluate and optimize existing financial systems, tools, and workflows to maximize their capabilities and recommend future improvements. - Analyze current financial technology architecture and provide recommendations for system upgrades, integrations, or adoption of more advanced platforms. - Create standardized and automated reporting solutions that provide leadership with real-time, actionable financial insights. - Improve finance data structures, reporting processes, and data accessibility in partnership with technology and analytics teams. - Establish strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure financial data is accurate, meaningful, and effectively used for decision-making. - Promote AI adoption within finance by identifying practical use cases and implementing solutions that improve productivity and accuracy. - Manage multiple transformation initiatives while maintaining strong attention to detail, governance, and business impact. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is a finance transformation professional with strong analytical capabilities, experience improving finance processes, and a passion for leveraging technology and AI to drive business outcomes. - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. - 5–10 years of professional experience, including proven experience delivering finance transformation initiatives in a mid-sized or growing business environment. - Strong experience analyzing finance processes and identifying opportunities for automation and operational improvement. - Hands-on experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, and integrating financial data across multiple systems. - Strong understanding of finance operations, reporting structures, and data-driven decision-making. - Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and automation technologies to solve finance-related challenges. - Familiarity with modern AI platforms and emerging use cases in finance transformation. - Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong capabilities in financial analysis and presentation. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical solutions. - Excelle…
