THE QUALITIES YOU'LL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD - 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Finance Operations, Business Analytics, Commercial Finance or a similar finance data focused role within SaaS or another recurring revenue business where ARR, MRR, churn and CAC are familiar territory - Strong FP&A fundamentals across financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and management reporting - Hands on experience improving finance systems, integrations or automation workflows, ideally including APIs, AI enabled workflows or ERP related projects - A builder mindset with real curiosity for how finance, data and systems orchestrate - Advanced Excel skills and the confidence to work with large datasets, complex models, pivots, queries, validation logic and reporting structures - Fluent English skills; German is a plus but not necessary LAST BUT NOT LEAST.
