We are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented person to fill this position quickly! **Responsibilities:** - Log in to lender portals and print finance product cancellation letters. - Research and record deal information for all product cancellation requests. - Scan all product cancellation documents into DMS. - Process all GAP cancellations. - Request quotes for CL/AH. - Email or upload supporting documents for correct cancellation amounts. - Label and sort other cancellations and forward to Finance Manager. - Reconcile and post weekly invoices and monthly statements for sold and canceled finance products: VSC/ESC, GAP, Tire & Wheel, CL/AH. - Produce cancellation refund checks to customers and/or financial lien holders. - Reconcile and post monthly Finance dealer reserve statements. - Review DMS schedules to ensure all sold products are registered and verify any cost differences with Finance Managers. - Review DMS schedules to ensure dealer reserves are paid and verify discrepancies with Finance Managers. **Qualifications:** - Previous dealership finance/accounting experience preferred. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (both written & verbal). - Highly organized with attention to detail. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; Excel skills required. - Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience a plus! - Professional personal appearance. **Work Schedule:** - M-F 8am-6pm - Saturdays as needed **Benefits:** - Medical, dental, vision and supplemental plans are offered - Paid time off, including Holiday pay - Family friendly atmosphere **Working Conditions:** The business office staff works at a desk in an office setting for most of the shift. Some walking to the main dealership building is required.
