Who we are looking for We're seeking a Finance Operations Manager who is energized by the intersection of finance and operations—someone who sees financial management as a tool for driving business performance, not just recording it. You will partner closely with our operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to support decision-making through insightful analysis, reliable reporting, and forward-looking planning. Leading our accounting operations and directly supervising our Staff Accountant, you'll ensure we have the financial infrastructure and discipline to support Oribi's growth while maintaining the agility of a nimble, innovative manufacturer. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of hands-on finance experience, a strong operational mindset, and the desire to build both technical expertise and leadership capabilities in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
