Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Finance Manager** to oversee the company's financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. Experience working with remote teams and international business operations is highly desirable. ### Key Responsibilities - Manage the company's day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. - Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. - Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. - Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial policies. - Oversee payroll processing and employee reimbursements. - Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and financial institutions. - Implement and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting systems. - Monitor business expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities. - Support executive leadership with financial modeling, strategic planning, and business decisions. - Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. - Ensure timely filing of taxes and other statutory obligations where applicable. - Evaluate and recommend financial software and automation tools to improve efficiency. ### Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles. - Proficiency in financial reporting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. - Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel. - Understanding of tax regulations, financial compliance, and audit processes. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
